A good night's sleep

It is not me having babies but I am still recovering from my daughters having (or not) having babies. I was honored to be involved in baby Cohen's birth from Saturday morning till Sunday morning. Went to sleep around 4:30am and woke up at 7:45 am Sunday so I was in a fuzzy, happy place all day. Slept for 9 hours Sunday night, but Monday night was very fitful sleep knowing that I would most likely be getting a call to action regarding the next impending birth.

The call did not come, but I felt that foggy not-enough-sleep feeling all day Tuesday. A good night's sleep last night reminded me how great it feels to get a good night's sleep! I have been busy this morning on work-search related items and am heading out NOW for a bike ride before I get a call to action for the next birth. This time I will be in charge of the four big sisters waiting for the new arrival. (Momma above) Good thing I don't have to go to work!!Banner made by Auntie.......
The new family - wow!!!
What a sweetheart!

and finally, my message from the universe today:

It never fails to amaze me.

Create a paradise out of the ether. Throw in some wildlife, volcanoes, and windstorms. Some iguanas, koalas, and waterfalls. Come back a few billion years later, and just when it looks like the whole place is going to implode - with pollution, disease, and war; famine, fatigue, and fright - there are still those who see the beauty. Who act with kindness. And who live with hope and gratitude.

Actually, they carry the entire planet.

Who'd have thunk?
The Universe
